These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AllCertsPractice. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Educational purpose
AllCertsPractice provides independent study and practice materials. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the certification providers whose names and marks may appear on the site, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. No exam guarantee
Use of the platform does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam, obtain employment, receive a promotion, or achieve a specific score.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, scrape or copy content at scale, share account access, reproduce question banks, reverse engineer the service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, design, software, explanations, and original practice content are owned by AllCertsPractice or its licensors. Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. User content and feedback
When you submit feedback or support information, you grant us permission to use it to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the platform. You remain responsible for content you submit.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features, pricing, renewal terms, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to process applicable charges.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses the service, or fails to complete required payments.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, updated, limited, or discontinued.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllCertsPractice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
